Top management at BlackRock wanted to support and improve employee wellbeing, both to maintain the company’s high reputation as an employer and to improve employee performance. They had clear goals for the program:

·         Taught employees focusing exercises they could use at work and at home

·         Provided emotional regulation training to turn stressful conversations into productive interactions
